01Overview

Schools and offices order ahead so delivery is batched. 60+ companies onboarded, 400+ meals delivered, $2,000+ in platform revenue.

02The problem

Per-order delivery stacks fees on the vendor and the customer.

Schools and offices plan ahead. An order has to hold from the day it is placed to the day it is eaten.

03What we built

An order carries its due time, its organization, and how it was paid.

It becomes a sale only after Paystack verifies. Batching by organization is what cut delivery cost and delay by about 90%.

04My role

Founding full-stack engineer: ordering, org admin, kitchen lines, payments.

  • Scheduled orders, paid by wallet or Paystack
  • Organization accounts and an admin view of every order under them
  • Kitchen lines in the packs the kitchen actually cooks
  • Sales counted only after the Paystack reference verifies

Orders belong to organizations, land on a schedule, and can be paid more than one way.

06Technical decisions

    Payment route lives on the order

    Wallet, Paystack, and referral are states on the order, so refunds stay readable.

  2. 02

    Confirmed means verified

    Unpaid checkouts stay pending. The $2,000+ figure only counts verified payments.

  3. 03

    Organizations are the customer

    The org, its admin, and its orders are first-class. Onboarding 60+ companies stayed a support task.

  4. 04

    Kitchen units, not raw counts

    Lines are formatted into the packs a kitchen cooks.
